Christmas in our first house had a lot going on. Snow, baking, needing to get my wisdom teeth removed! And some quilting on the side.

I’m a little late to my stop on the Autumn Love sew along. October turned into a much busier month than I thought it’d be!

Using Gerri Robinson’s latest fabric collection, Rose Garden, I sewed a sweet little girls wool jacket.

Little Dolly is the newest book by my dear friend and fellow fabric designer, Elea Lutz. You might've seen a previous post I wrote about the Little Dolly fabric she designed a couple weeks back. It all ties together with this super sweet book.

Hello! Today starts the day we go window shopping at the Five and Dime, fabric by the wonderful Heidi Staples! It's her first fabric collection and it has such a fun charm to it. The colors are a bright but a bit muted, giving it that older feel I love. I sewed 4 fun projects with this fabric.

To start, Little Dolly is the most recent fabric line to be released by my very, very talented friend, Elea Lutz. It's filled with pastels that are perfectly sweet, and any little girl is sure to love it. Especially in a doll. (Which there's going to be a book coming out this month and dolly kits and everything!!)

One thing about that I wish about the sewing book “Made for Baby” by Ayda Algin, is that it came out out while I pregnant with my babies! My youngest will be turning 2 next month (I’m in denial of course)

The moment I saw that Penny Rose Fabrics was going to be releasing a line of Anne of Green Gables fabric, I swooned and waited very (im)patiently for its release. Isn't it gorgeous?? Pale raspberry cordial pinks, blues, creams, and green of course.

I've been looking forward to Apple Farm by Elea Lutz for Penny Rose Fabrics ever since I fell in love with it at Quilt Market back in May this year. The colors are just so happy and bright. The mints, the reds, ahh... =)

It's finally here, her birthday. One year since I had the most precious little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. Lyla, you've been the little girl we've dreamed of and wanted very much.

I don't think there can ever be enough pillows. I have an image in my mind of a corner filled with all cute handmade pillows and stuffed animals and one of my kids sitting in it reading. My boys drag multiple pillows with them around the house.

Ah! I can't believe it's November already!! I'm going to be 26 in 11 days and Lyla is going to be 5 months in 7. It's going way too fast, can anyone slow it down please? ;( I've even whipped out my planner that hasn't been touched in months because my mind is so frazzled right now.
